Definitions and Scope

In these terms and conditions, "cgt33", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the cgt33.cam website and all services connected to it. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on cgt33 or visiting the platform.

"Account" refers to a user's personal registered profile on cgt33. "Money" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). "Game" refers to any casino game, slot, or betting service available on the platform.

Eligibility and Registration

2.3 One Account Only

Account Management

3.2 Account Security

If any information registered on your account changes, update it immediately through cgt33 support. cgt33 will not be responsible for delays in payment or verification caused by outdated information.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at cgt33 is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered under the same name as the account holder.

The following conditions apply to deposits:

• Deposits must always come from a legitimate source
• Use of third-party accounts or payment methods is prohibited
• All transactions are secured by SSL encryption
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal:

• Full KYC verification of the account must be completed
• The wagering requirement of any active bonus must be fulfilled

4.3 Fees and Taxes

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement to receive this bonus is 20 times — meaning you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus (total balance ৳2,500). Before withdrawing the bonus funds, you must complete wagers equivalent to ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and terms
• A bonus applies to one account only, one household, one address, or one IP address
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred
• cgt33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus will be forfeited

5.3 VIP Program

The cgt33 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%), and Platinum (up to 1.5%). You can advance to a higher tier through regular gaming activity. VIP benefits are subject to change and are at the discretion of cgt33.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

cgt33 is committed to ensuring fair play. All games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. There is no manual interference in game outcomes.

6.2 Game Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. Some games or higher bet limits may be restricted when playing with a bonus balance.

6.3 Technical Issues

• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward other users or cgt33 staff
• Attempting hacking or cyberattacks
• Operating an account under a false identity

Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Guarantee

cgt33 strives to ensure uninterrupted service, however temporary service disruptions may occur due to maintenance, server upgrades, or unforeseen technical reasons. cgt33 does not provide financial compensation for such disruptions.

8.2 Third-Party Services

cgt33 is not directly liable for the quality, reliability, or errors of third-party game providers featured on cgt33 (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and others). The decision of the game provider is final.

8.3 Gaming Losses

Online gaming and betting carry financial risk. cgt33 is not responsible for any user's gaming losses. We believe in responsible gaming practices and advise users to play within their means.

Privacy and Security

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Suspicion of money laundering or during an ongoing investigation
• If registration by a minor is proven
• In accordance with a legal order or regulatory directive

Dispute Resolution

11.1 Filing a Complaint

11.2 Resolution Process

In disputes regarding game results, the game provider's server logs will be considered the definitive evidence. The decision of cgt33's management authority is final and binding.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
